Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aediaofficial.com and any purchase from AEDIA (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and for keeping any account credentials secure. You may not use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

2. Products, availability, and pricing

We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors and details may vary by screen and production. Product availability is not guaranteed. All prices are in USD unless we clearly state otherwise. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

We may correct typographical, pricing, or inventory errors and may update product information without notice. If a correction materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, give you the option to continue or receive a refund.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not mean the order has shipped or that we have accepted it for fulfillment. We may hold, decline, or cancel an order because of payment authorization, suspected fraud, inventory, address, pricing, or other operational issues. If AEDIA cancels an order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the order total. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider's terms.

4. Preorders

Preorder items are made to order and are not ready for immediate shipment. The estimated production and shipping window appears on the product page and in our Shipping Policy.

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund through 31 October 2026. After the preorder window closes and production begins, they cannot be cancelled for preference and are exchange only, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. If we cannot ship within the promised window, we will provide a revised date and the option to consent to the delay or cancel the affected item for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping rates, processing times, delivery estimates, address responsibilities, tracking, carrier delays, and lost package support are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly promise a specific date. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that apply when a promised shipping date is missed.

6. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Eligibility, time limits, item conditions, shipping costs, store credit, exchanges, final sale items, and remedies for defective or incorrect products are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Those rules form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and their content, including AEDIA names, logos, product designs, photography, text, graphics, and site design, are owned by or licensed to AEDIA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial shopping only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the Services or their content without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with the operation or security of the Services; introduce malicious code; scrape or access the Services by unauthorized automated means; misuse another person's information; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual property rights; or use the Services in violation of law.

9. Third party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third party payment, shipping, analytics, and other services. Links or integrations do not mean that AEDIA controls those third parties. Your use of a third party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy notice. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free access. AEDIA is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs holds, extreme weather, system outages, or changes in trade or import rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEDIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Policy order and severability

Our Shipping Policy controls shipping and delivery questions; our Returns & Exchanges Policy controls returns, exchanges, and refunds; and our Privacy Policy controls personal information practices. A product page or order confirmation may provide item specific production or shipping timing. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The version posted when you place an order governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future use.
