We spend a lot of our lives in comfortable clothes. Why should comfort be where the design stops?

AEDIA takes the clothes we already want to live in and explores what more they can become through shape, function, and unexpected detail, without losing the comfort that made us reach for them in the first place.

AEDIA was founded by two friends who met while studying abroad. One lived in Australia, the other in the United States. Today, we build AEDIA from opposite sides of the world.

It started with a shared frustration. We both wanted to be comfortable most of the time, but still wanted to feel like we'd actually gotten dressed. We couldn't find much that gave us both, so we decided to make something ourselves.

That first idea became AEDIA.

Between East and West. Between softness and structure. Between movement and still. Between where we come from and where we are going.

More than anything, Aedia is about creating a sense of belonging wherever life takes you.
